The contents of this site, including but not limited to the text and images herein and their
arrangements, directions and history, is the property of the Adams County Arts Council,
a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization located in Adams County, Ohio, USA.
The Adams County Arts Council (ACAC) hereby authorizes you to copy and display the
contents herein, but for your personal use only. Artwork is copyrighted by the artist
and/or the ACAC. Copyright 1994-2026 by the ACAC, and all rights are hereby
reserved. If attribution to ACAC is included, limited quotations from the content are
hereby permitted. You may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties for
commercial purposes any portion of the content without the prior expressed written
permission from the ACAC.
Implied Licenses
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or
otherwise any copyright (except as expressly provided above), license or right under
any patent, trademark or proprietary rights of ACAC or of any third party, including but

for any purpose. We also make no guarantees the quilt squares, murals and other art
sites featured will still be there, since many are on privately owned buildings and

all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and
noninfringement. In no event shall the ACAC or any of it’s members be liable for any

including but not limited to loss of use, data, profits, without regard to the form of any
action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tortious actions, arising
out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the content although the
ACAC endeavors and believes the content to be accurate, complete and current. The

Any information provided by you to our site, the ACAC site, including but not limited to

non-confidential with the exception of any Maggie Hoff Scholarship application; the
ACAC shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be
free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without
limitation. Additionally, ACAC shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or
techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not
limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such
information or suggesting the demand to our artists to use in their own artwork.
Applications received for the Maggie Hoff Memorial Scholarship shall be held
confidentially by the board of the ACAC.
Cookies / Privacy
This site does not track users, other than a counter as to how many people visit the site. We do not sell contact lists. You have the right to privacy. That being said, the ACAC does not accept any legal liability if products or artwork featured on our sites are purchased from other sites and you experience an issue or a copyright violation. That issue is between you and whomever you conducted the business with, and the ACAC is not liable and will assume no liability.
